Hello! I’m Jayce, the dedicated coffee roaster at Anecdote Coffee Roasters. My journey with coffee has been a rich blend of experiences, spanning over a decade of brewing at home and on the move. With 5 years as a Barista and 2 years mastering the art of roasting, I’ve transformed from a coffee skeptic to a passionate aficionado.

Beyond the beans, I’m a family man, sharing life’s adventures with my wonderful wife Katie and our two energetic boys. My transformation into a coffee lover is credited to three pivotal people: Nathan, Curtis, and Levi. Their relentless encouragement and guidance have refined my skills and shaped my palate.
